Primary Key builds the systems that hold your business together.
Most companies we work with aren't short on tools; they're short on connection. Data lives in five places, processes live in someone's head, and "the system" is really just a handful of people who know where to look.
We help you fix that. We design and build the operational infrastructure (databases, automations, and integrations) that turn scattered work into something repeatable, searchable, and scalable.
We work on the entire stack. Whether you want to build your own infrastructure or have a tangled web of SaaS platforms, we’re here to untangle or re-architect or both. Our passion is growing businesses that need enterprise-grade thinking without the enterprise.

I’m a co-founder of Primary Key. I love building high functioning teams and the software systems that support them. While I am unimpressed with most software in 2026, I’m excited for what’s around the corner. I have over 15 years of technology implementation and adoption experience across the large construction, utility and telecom industries and another 8 years in software.
While AI is on the the tip of every tongue lately, we’re just using it to make better software. The AI-powered knowledge management systems we build do not displace humans, only tasks that humans will gladly relinquish. I don’t believe agents have agency - you do, and my job is to help you compound it.
